Description
This listing is for a rare limited edition version vinyl LP for the album by Talking Heads called Stop Making Sense.
It was released in 1984 by Sire with catalog # 9 25121-1E.
This original US pressing features special limited edition package with a 20-page booklet featuring photos and drawings by David Byrne from stage production storyboards.
Record Condition:
Moderate visible wear in the way of some light surface scratches.
Side A has More aware than Side B does.
Surface noise is minimal.
Still has a nice high gloss finish.
Clean center labels.
Some light dust/dirt and a few finger print smudges, so a thorough cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound even more.
Industry Grade: Lower end VG+.
Jacket Condition:
Minor visible wear on edges, spine, and corners.
Only very faint ring wear.
No seam splits, writing, stickers, or any other major defects.
Inner Sleeve: Original generic black poly inner sleeve.
Industry Grade: Solid VG+.
The booklet is in good to very good condition with just minor wear.
Stored in a smoke free home, out of any direct sunlight, and away from any extreme temperature changes in the same collection since it was purchased new.
Please see the various images on this listing for further details on the condition of the record, jacket, and booklet.
