Cover (EX) is in original shrinkwrap. Store promotional price sticker and anti-theft stickers are affixed to the shrinkwrap.  There is some slight discoloration/spotting on right side at opening, and on rear left side (see pics). Small crease on rear bottom seam. Disc (NM) is clean and appears unplayed. Super clean, highly collectible copy!
