Payment Information
Payment is required within 2 days of auction ending.
- We require payment within 2 days of an auction ending. If an item is not paid for within this time then the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.
- Paid items to be collected can only be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of the auction ending, unless previously agreed with us. If an item is not collected or delivery arranged in this time the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.
- Payment paid through both card and PayPal is available. Any items must be paid for prior to collecting. All payments must be within 2 days of the auction ending.
Postage & Delivery
We work with a courier service to ensure the delivery of your items.
- Quoted postage costs apply to UK mainland only. If your location is not on the UK mainland please contact us.
- This item along with all of our eBay items can be collected in person from our Sheffield city centre shop.
- We also offer a delivery service for the Sheffield area. Please call the shop for a quote on a delivery or to book a delivery.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 days returns policy. This is in line with eBay's 30 days return policy and your statutory consumers rights. In line with this please bare in mind:
- Before returning any item please contact us and wait for a response. This will be the quickest way to resolve the situation satisfactory. During working days you will receive a response within the same day.
- If you are returning an item due to it being not as described, the wrong item or damaged/not working - in a way not described in the listing - we will issue a full refund including all and any P&P.
- If you are returning an item due to any other reason all P&P is the buyers responsibility and we will only refund the full value of the item excluding P&P costs.
- If when your item arrives and it is damaged or not as described or not working fully - if the fault has not been described in the listing - then we would expect you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You need take no other action at this time. If you do not contact us within this time scale you may not receive a full refund.
- Refunds will only be issued after we receive the item unless otherwise arranged.
