Description

Original UK EMI mono pressing of the late, great Tammy Terrell's "Irresistible" album of 1968 and certainly the most rare of her British LP releases. A highly sought after late 60's Motown classic. A real slice of Pop history really - part of recently acquired Soul collection all originally purchased from Beatles manager Brian Epstein's family NEMS record shops in Liverpool. Some have even turned up with me in their original NEMS carrier bags.

VINYL

Record is in very good condition with a handful of minor scuffs that do not affect play. Vinyl is scratch free and still retaining its original surface gloss with no sign of 'dull' or worn grooves. Plays well and sounds great.

COVER

Laminated flip-back sleeve is in excellent condition with laminate intact. Reverse is exceptionally clean marred only a small discoloration caused by 'old' sellotape on the bottom left hand corner (please see photo.)

Tape was not a repair but attached a contemporary plastic sleeve provided by the original record shop. I've removed this plastic sleeve as 40 years on it had yellowed considerably but had done its job in protecting the album.
