Original 10” 45 RPM Acetate by Tammy Wynette. Single sided. “We Sure Can Love Each Other”. Columbia Recording Studios label. Visually only G+ (glossy but lots of scuffs and marks, the majority of the scuffs and marks are outside the grooves). Also, there is a elongated impressed area where the grooves start but this does not seem to affect playback.
