Description
Tangerine Dream '70 - '80 (Nimbus Records - released on Virgin, V Box 2
This is a 4 LP set of all studio recordings of TD. The first 5 sides are a compilation of the first 13 albums, from the 1st Album 'Electronic Mediation' through 'Tangram'. Sides 6 through 8 are 'previously unreleased' material which may not be available elsewhere. This box set rarely shows up in TD discographies and seems to be fairly rare.
This particular box set is in very good condition, corner wear on the box and the labels (on the box) have not aged well. Inside, the LP's themselves are in almost pristine condition, perhaps played once (yes, this was my personal set). The record sleeves are plastic-lined for extra protection.
Included is a full color booklet with random photos of the members of the group (28 pages), plus a one page 'history' and the last page has a detailed listing of the tracks.
Too much detail on the tracks to list here, but if you wish, I can send you a hi-res digital photo of the last page, so you can see what's on it.
