Items that we are selling are physically in our possession as we do not drop-ship. Apart from new and sealed copies, all vinyl records will be run through an ultrasonic vinyl record cleaner before being listed and despatched.
Shipping - UK based seller with 100% feedback. Orders are normally sent out in polythene sleeves within rigid cardboard mailers, safely and securely, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Returns - Returns normally accepted if we am notified within 14 days of receipt, and items received back 14 working days after that. Return postage will be at buyer's expense, unless reimbursement is agreed beforehand, such as on the rare occasions that there is an issue with your order. Please contact us in the first instance via eBay messages if you have any concerns.
Grading - Grades are based on a combination of playback and visual inspection unless stated otherwise. The Goldmine standard is used although we always aim to be conservative, as we do not want you to be disappointed with your order. We will make a note if there are any hairlines, creases or marks etc or issues with the playback or sleeves.
Please bear in mind that pre-owned items will be listed as per their condition, however these items have some history and will not be absolutely 100% perfect.
