Teenage Head Picture My Face Tearin' Me Apart 45rpm Vinyl Textured Paper Sleeve.
The glue on the textured paper sleeve has separated seen in photos. Record has light surface wear and plays well.
This RARE copy is the Textured Sleeve Edition with the orange CBS inner sleeve

Epic released the record without a picture sleeve.
This release came in a CBS company sleeve only, as Epic releases did at the time.
The band made sleeves on their own; around 100 is commonly reported, but unconfirmed.
The 4 variations are:
1. Close-up picture of Frankie's face tilted to the right on glossy cardstock.
2. Close-up picture of Frankie's face tilted to the right on textured light cardstock.
Note: This picture was used for front cover of the German Bellaphon release: Tearin' Me Apart / Picture My Face.
3. Head and shoulders picture of Frankie on heavily textured light cardstock.
4. Unknown pic on silver paper. The ink never set correctly so all were likely thrown in the garbage. It is possible a few exist.
