Description
Welcome to Across the Tracks Music Store
This listing is for a rare 7 inch vinyl Single from:
The Temptations
Title:A Side:Ain't Too Proud To Beg
The B side is: You'll Lose A Precious Love
Catalogue number TMG 565
Label: Tamla Motown
Release Year: 1966
The TMG series numbers beginning with 5.. and 6... are the most sought after by Motown collectors.
This single is in really fantastic condition. So many of these Motown singles are well worn when in excess of 40 - 50 years old.
The vinyl single plays superbly and It is a flawless copy. I rarely ever say that!
I would grade this record as a Near Mint, after having visually graded it and having listened to both sides.
It is the nicest TMG 5.... series single I have seen for a very long time
The record comes in an orange and white Tamla Motown company sleeve which does have some corner creasing and creasing along the "wavy top", but perfectly acceptable for a sleeve of this age.
I would grade the sleeve as Near Excellent which is good for a very old paper sleeve.
These are both awesome songs from one of Motown's greatest groups and when the weekly charts were full of Tamla Motown.
Please do ask any questions you may have before bidding if you need assistance. Grading
I use the Rare Record Guide matrix as a guideline but also prefer to listen to the vinyl where possible and visually grade the condition.
