Description
On offer here is a copy of Undead by Ten Years After, released in MONO on the Yellow and White Deram label in 1968, catalogue number DML 1023.
The single sleeve by Clout & Baker which is laminated on the front and unlaminated on the back, is in Excellent condition, with no rips or tears, and would be rated higher apart but the timings of the tracks have been neatly written next to them on the back cover (see photo)
This however not not detract from a 46 year old sleeve in stunning condition, I can only assume it has been kept in a polythene sleeve for it's life.
This is a classic live TYA album recorded at Klooks Kleek, Railway Hotel West Hampstead, and as Mike vernon says on the rear sleeve notes, "Ten Years After are presented Live, it's loud and tough but honest"
The album was Produced by Mike Vernon and Engineered by Roy Baker, with liner notes by Mike Vernon.
The heavyweight vinyl has retained a glossy shine to both sides, and is very clean and graded Excellent Plus.
The Yellow and White Mono Deram labels are in Excellent condition with some light spindle marks.
The matrix numbers are ARL 8300 - 1B and ARL 8391 - 1B.
Finally there is also the original polylines inner, correctly dated as 6 - 68, and this is in Excellent condition although the original owner has again written the timings of the tracks on the rear.
This is now a rare album, even rarer in Mono which sold in tiny numbers, and does not come up often, this is in amazing condition and is highly recommmended.
The record will be sent outside of it's cover in a polythene sleeve, sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailing envelope, made by Covers 33.
