>>> Any of the LP's I list here on EBAY are from my own private collection and have been well cared for. The majority of them have only been played a few times. Since LP's could not be played in automobiles, as soon as I acquired a new LP I would immediately record it to cassette tape. The LP was then safely stored to preserve it's condition & quality. There are a small number of my LP's that suffered some minor damages to the jackets while moving (several times), but any damage will be shown & described in the listing.  *I also clean the LP's in a highly modified Spin Clean Wet Wash System, then place them in a New Clear Anti-Static Sleeve. Any original inner sleeves (and other inserts) are always included with the LP's.  I try to do my best to grade the LP & outer Jacket / Cover according to Goldmine Standards but there's always a possibility I may miss something.  If you notice something I clearly missed, please contact me first before opening a case with EBAY,   Thanks !

  This is TESLA's 1986 release, "MECHANICAL RESONANCE", on the Geffen Records Label, Cat # GHS 24120  &  RCA Cat # R 163844. This is NOT a Re-Issue, this is an Original 1986 First US Press, originally Mastered By STERLING and produced specifically for distribution by the RCA Music Service. This LP is still in it's original Shrink and the Jacket is in Exc or Better Condition, no splits, rips, tears, saw cuts or holes. The LP, only played a few times, looks awesome with full shine and luster, with just a super small, barely visible, superficial scuff on each side.   This LP has 12 Tracks including: "Ez Come Ez Go", "Gettin' Better", "Modern Day Cowboy" & "Changes".   

 >>SPECIAL NOTE:  Both sides of this LP look practically Brand New and Side 1 Sounds Awesome with just the extremely occasional, very light click or tick. Side 2's 'Music' also Sounds Awesome, however, there are some bits of very light crackle in the dead times and occasionally in the low volume song intro's.  I took the LP to an Audiophile Record Center near Orlando called Vinyl Virtuosos who claimed they could Clean-Up Any Record. They ran the LP through their Ultra Sonic cleaner several times but the Side 2 crackle was still present. Then they said for an additional fee they could run it through their Super Steam Vinyl Cleaner to which I agreed. After several times thru the steamer, the crackle was still present as well. After they examined the LP under a microscope, they concluded that the Master used for pressing Side 2 was most likely used past it's recommended time which caused minor defects. The unfortunate side effect is, when they ran it through the steamer it caused a faded out ring on the edge of both side's labels !   Needles to say, because of the label damage,I only payed a fraction of what they wanted to charge me ! ! !

  GRADING of Individual Items:  The Outer Cover / Jacket is Still In Shrink Wrap and is Very Close to NEAR MINT except for a a few very small. barely visible creases near the spine. The spine itself is Near Mint. There are 3 near perfect corners and one that has a minute scuff.  There are no Saw Slits, Cut-Outs, Holes or Corner Cuts.  Jacket Grade = EX+ to NM !   The Printed Inner Sleeve is Very Flat with No Seam Splits but has 1 small wrinkle. No other tears, rips, splits or holes. Sleeve Grade = EX  !   The Vinyl LP has only been played a few times, has it's original Shine & Luster and 'Looks' As Close to Near Mint As Possible.  Side 1 Looks AND Sounds Super Clean, Definitely "NM",  but Side 2 has some bits of very light crackle in the dead times and occasionally in the low volume song intro's (as described in more detail above). Both labels also have the "Steam Damage" (as described above) causing the faded out ring on their edges.  Overall LP Grade = Excellent (or Better ?) !   The Audio Test resulted in Very Crisp and Clean Music through-out both sides of the LP with only the very occasional sound of a minor, light tick. Side 2 also has the occasionally bits of crackle (as described above)
This LP Still Provides an Excellent Listening Experience & Audio Quality at Normal or Higher Listening Levels ! !   Overall LP Grade =  EX (or Better ?)
