Description

Test Pressing – GIORDANO: ANDREA CHENIER

Six single-sided white label HMV stereo test pressings (see photos). "Andrea Chenier" is written on the disc labels but there is no indication of cast or catalogue number. It is probably SAN 128-30, with Santini, Corelli, Stella, etc.

5 of the 6 sides have no visible marks; we have not played them. Side 4 has a tiny scratch at the start which produces 12 loud ticks; elsewhere 8 very faint random ticks. Please note: no commercial sleeve.
