Test Pressing – SAX 2348 – KLEMPERER CONDUCTS WAGNER.

2 single-sided Columbia white label stereo test pressings made in England (see photos). 1960 Columbia stereo recording catalogue number SAX 2348 – Otto Klemperer conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra in orchestral pieces from 4 Wagner operas: Lohengrin Prelude Act 3; Mastersingers Overture, etc.; Tristan & Isolde Prelude and Liebestod; Gotterdammerung Siegfried’s Funeral March.

The 2 discs have an unplayed appearance; we have not played them. Commercial sleeve is excellent with minor scuffing and discolouration on rear.
