Description
Thad Jones (with Charles Mingus, Max Roach, John Dennis, Hank Jones, Kenny Clarke) THE FABULOUS Fantasy 6004, recorded 1954. Flat-edge mono; red vinyl; gold on burgundy label. Jacket has owner’s felt-tip signature on reverse, a long wrinkle on front, and medium corner wear. VG+. Disc looks unplayed E+ and plays E/E+: slightly crunchy at outer edges, but surface is generally silent in support of this very quiet music.
Fifteenth offering from the vast, very special collection of an international avant-garde LP maven, to be offered across the coming year. Most of these items have had one owner and one play, have not left the original house of the collector since purchase.
