I have checked online and I have not been able to find a vinyl in anywhere near the amazing condition of this one. It appears to have been played no more than a half dozen times judging by the handful of spindle marks found. Visible are some very fine hairlines to either side but not many at all. Certainly nothing that affects sound quality. None of the lines are feelable and all are barely visible. The Cover has been described as Very Good Plus to Excellent in condition. The front and rear covers are structurally in amazing condition overall. The front cover and rear cover have retained a very vibrant look. Towards the top of the spine, there is some minimal separation, approximately 1 inch from the top to the top. In the manufacture of these covers there are several layers .... the top layer made of strong paper covers a thick inner cardboard. That cardboard along the top edge has become separated however the paper above that is still more than capable of holding the top edge extremely well. I will take relevant photos to explain better than my words can about all these aspects. The corners show some sign of wear however there is little to no foxing to be found anywhere. In layman's terms, the jacket looks great however obviously after 65 years there are some negatives .... these however do not detract from the overall impression of an amazing cover especially considering it's age!!!
