The 1975 – 'Notes On A Conditional Form' Limited Edition Picture Disc Vinyl (2020).


Limited Edition rare double picture disc edition of the 1975's Notes On A Conditional Form! In excellent condition and played once! 


Double gatefold 140g 12" picture discs with beautiful black and white imagery on the records. Hardly played and are in excellent condition. Comes in recycled & recyclable plastic sleeve with a hype sticker. Manufactured using Cairn Natural Kraft 100% recycled card. The record sleeve and inner sleeves are printed with NOACF graphics and are in excellent condition! See images for details. 


Recorded between August 2018 and February 2020 - released and purchased in May 2020.
