Blue Note Records // BST - 84102 stereo  blue & white label reads: "A Division of Liberty Records, Inc."  "RVG" imprinted on deadwax glossy cover original Liberty inner sleeve

clean vinyl overall: very faint, light mark (3  or 4 inches) on side #1

Side #2: no scratches or marks - vinyl is a bit hazy
