Description

kevinmauney Store

Up for sale is my super rare split colored copy of the Third Man records release of the 5,6,7,8,'s debut record. This copy has a small defect on the edge of the record (see the photo) that in no way affects the playing of the record. This was a defect at the plant that should have been caught but was not. I did not return the record because I could not be guaranteed the replacement would be the split color version. It is very small and I only mention it because I would want to know if I was bidding.  This was a limited pressing of only 300 and is one of the harder to find Third Man split colors.

The record has only been played a few times on my Linn Axis turntable and it looks and sounds great! The record has been stored in a clear outer sleeve since purchase. I will pack with care in a new record mailer with the cover in a clear sleeve and the record outside of the jacket.  I am in the process of selling off the bulk of my record collection that I have been assembling since I bought Kiss Alive in 1975 when I was 9 years old.

Let me know if I can answer any questions you have and keep looking at my auctions as I will be listing a bunch really cool records over the coming months.
