IMPORTANT NOTE: I have been a buyer of vinyl records on Ebay and elsewhere online for quite some time so I know well all pain and frustration the buyers get due to incorrect or misleading descriptions of records provided by some sellers (even 100 % positive - my experience) that unfortunately becomes an increasing problem on Ebay. So my description is made from a buyer`s and not from a seller`s standpoint. My goal is to sell and make purchase pleasant to a buyer otherwise why buy music.

A RARE 1st pressing of the famous album by a famous band. The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. 1965 UK MONO 1st PRESSING on the Blue/Black COLUMBIA LABEL (see pictures) under catalogue #  33SX 1708 matrices XAX 2814-1/ XAX 2815-1 with a laminated/matt flipback cover with a correct EMITEX polylined inner that is in Near Mint condition.

The cover is in EX condition - please see pictures. It has no seam splits, no unnecessary writings, no creases.  A bit of age yellowing on the back and a hint of ring wear on the back. Light corner wear and light vinyl entry wear that is pretty much usual for this particular record. The spine is strong and fully legible and readable - see pics. Generally great example of the cover. 

The vinyl plays better than looks. It is visually in strong EX condition having light superficial scratches only. I have played it in full prior to listing and old THICK vinyl plays between EX+ and Near Mint with nothing but some occasional lightest background noise at quieter places. Certainly NO jumps, skips or pops. 

The Columbia labels are in EX condition due to some surface wear - see pics... There are some spindle hole marks visible under strong halogen light. Tax code KT.

Grading is based on the Record Collectors Grading System.

PACKAGING

LPs are packaged in a manner to ensure safe traveling using stiffeners and professional envelopes to ensure safe arrival in the same condition as they leave. Records are removed from the sleeve in order to prevent seam splits in transit.
