Near Mint Condition, I’m not a record dealer but my late husband was a serious music collector and this was a favorite. Properly stored album. The album was never played and is spotless. I’m extremely cautious about grading records as this condition knowing how collectors are about condition. There is a small ding in the top corner but the rest of the album is extremely good. Tried to show detail in photos which is hard.
