Overall, the record itself appears to be in excellent condition. It does have some light dust from storage but it almost looks like it was never played. The sleeve does have the normal wear, fading and slightly bent corners from age and storage. Please take a close look at the pictures provided and be the judge in regard to grades.

The grading is my opinion only. I will admit that I do not have the experience to properly grade records.
