The Alarm - Spirit Of ''86 - 30th AnniversaryDouble LP features a brand new soundtrack remixed from the original mastertapes by Mike Peters. This special collectors’ Vinyl Edition LP was created especially and exclusively for Record Store Day 2016.
Theoriginal Spirit Of '86 Concert was recorded on April 12th 1986 before a liveaudience of 26,000 Alarm fans and transmitted around the world via MTV'shistoric first-ever live Satellite Broadcast that was seen simultaneously inthe USA, UK, Europe, Japan and Australia. It was the concert that broke TheAlarm around the world and to coincide with this new release.
This double LP version also contains a previously unreleasedfinal song - 'We Are The Light' that was not seen or heard on the originalbroadcast but performed only for the audience in attendance and although nofilm footage exists, the audio was captured on the multitrack recorders.he Light
