For Alarm / Mike Peters / Eddie Macdonald / Dave Sharp fans, a very rare opportunity to buy their debut single Unsafe Building.

Only 1,000 of these debut singles were pressed in 1981 on private label. Extremely rare item.

Not to be confused with later re-issues after the band was established. Disc is in very good condition. Gatefold sleeve with lyrics again in good condition.

Acoustic side: Up For Murder

Great chance to get a very rare and great record.
