Live At The Fillmore East is the first live album by the American southern rock band. Produced by Tom Dowd and released in 1971 on Capricorn Records, an Atlantic Records subsidiary. The set was recorded live at Bill Graham’s Fillmore East Auditorium in New York City over three nights in March 1971. At FillmoreEast is regarded as the bands artistic as well as commercial breakthrough. Certified Platinum and selected for preservation in The Library Of Congress by the National Recording Registry, deemed to be “culturally, historically or aesthetically significant.
