Original mono pressing, '47 West 63rd, NYC' address

The cover is VG, moderate wear to the corners, 2" split to top of spine, 1" split center of bottom seam - both of which have been covered with a piece of clear tape, there is a crease near the bottom right corner and one near the top edge, back cover has some discoloring from age. Very clean overall, no odors or stains.

Vinyl is VG, it's clean and glossy and free of gray grooves. I play-graded the record as well using a needle with 2 grams of weight. It plays great. On side one there is one audible scratch which is at the end of the second song and through the third song, it causes a light 'tick'. Side two is in better condition and would be VG+
