Description
DESCRIPTION. The Amazing Space Frogs E.P- Nuns Of Destruction/ Necrophilia/ Norman & Jeremy. Original release in homemade paper cover. Matrix numbers RIV+001+A and RIV001B1.. White labels with only one side stamped- Side 1- Space Frogs, Side 1 Space Frogs copyright.Another original punk rarity from my local area. This one is one of only 500 copies ever released back in 1979. Lots of punk singles only had small issues back in the day, but what makes this so valuable and sought after is that, like the No Way EP, It contains great music. Vinyl has been kept in new white cover which has preserved original white inner. Also cover has been kept in PVC sleeve since i got it though ive not had it from new. LABEL & CATALOGUE NUMBER: Ribbett receords RIB1 YEAR OF RELEASE:1979 CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is very clean with a great sheen. It has a couple of light hairlines that prevent me from grading visually EX. Played both sides of this on my Pro-ject deck today. Sounds Excellent. Music is already clear and loud and ive not laid a hand on this to clean it other than to give it a wipe. Thin delicate paper cover is still glued and fully intact with only light to moderate edgewear, light cornerwear and creasing. There is a 3mm puncture to top edge but youd have to be looking for it to see it. It is still nice and white and clean , devoid of dirt or fingerprints. Very clean labels. Original inner is EX with light wear only. These original white inners served their purpose and mean that these records do not suffer from the usual brushing lines you get with inserting records into sleeves. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Great copy of a great single. Weighs just over 150gm packed in cruciform mailer with 4 stiffeners. WAIT FOR INVOICE BEFORE PAYING OR I WILL SIMPLY CANCEL/REFUND YOUR PAYMENT AS THERE MAY BE EXTRA INSURANCE TO ADD DEPENDENT ON SELLING PRICE. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PUNK/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE- PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE THOUGH. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
