This thorough process helps remove dust and grime, ensuring the best possible listening experience for our customers. When time permits, we also play-test records to assess their sound quality, so you know exactly what to expect.
Some of these records are 60 to 80 years old, and given their age, they may show signs of wear, such as light scuffs or superficial scratches. We take these factors into account when pricing, aiming to be as transparent as possible about each records condition.
We ship using specially designed heavy-duty cardboard sleeves to protect your record in transit. Postage is usually around $10.00 within Australia via Australia Post, and this cost is included in the purchase price.
If we find any issues with a record's playback, such as skipping or sticking, we'll contact you before shipping, giving you the option to proceed with the purchase or cancel if needed. Our goal is to ensure quality and satisfaction, even when working with these timeless vintage records.
