The Animals - Animalisms UK Mono First Press Decca Vinyl LP (1966)

From the estate of pop journalist Mike Adams, a rare original UK first mono pressing of The Animal's classic R&B album 'Animalisms' released by Decca in 1966.
Much of Adams' collection came up for sale after his death; this album came from a recent sale of items from his estate, including many autographs from the Kinks, Rolling Stones, Small Faces, Beatles and others and several first pressings. Please see my other upcoming listings for more firsts.
From a private collection - one owner from new and new to the market.
Sleeve is VG-; front is clean, white and glossy as pictured; edges sharp; small loss to lower right corner; ditto to rear edge of opening; spine white and just sl. squished; *very* sl ring wear to rear.
Original inner sleeve Fair; a little staining, as pictured.
Disc is VG; clean and glossy with just v. light signs of wear; labels nice with light spindle marks; plays beautifully cleanly.

Ultrasonically cleaned and finished with a Keith Monks Gemini so in the best possible condition and ready to play. Will be sent in a new anti-static poly-lined sleeve (with the original as well).
