Description

I purchased a stack of records from the estate of an old guy who was an audiophile. He had a vintage McIntosh stereo he played them on, (yeah I purchased that too). Some of his albums are in new, still factory sealed condition, apparently untouched for almost 50 years. Pretty cool. 
This album is: The Animals, Includes their hit single "House of The rising Sun" in New Factory Sealed Condition. The front reference number is SE-4264. The rear reference number is E/SE-4264. it's in Stereo, and put out by MGM HIGH FIDELITY. Says MGM in black on the spine (as well as the title and reference number). I'm not expert on the various nuances between"Original pressing" and "First pressing" etc., so even though I believe this album is an original 1960's vintage I don't know enough about the categorization system to know if this is some super rare first pressing or just a regular still factory sealed vintage album. I don't believe it is any kind of re-issue but I'm not an expert so feel free to double check on original pressing dot com or something.  I'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have in  regards to this issue. FRONT COVER LOOKS KIND OF YELLOWED IN THE PHOTO, IN REAL LIFE IT'S ACTUALLY LOOKS FAIRLY WHITE. I'M NOT SURE WHY THE PHOTO CAME OUT SO BAD.  Even though it's sealed the corners show some wear and/or bending especially where the cellophane has broken/worn through on the corners. Front cover has a some bending for around 4 inches along the top edge on the left side and also on the left side near the bottom. Bottom right corner has an area missing the cellophane extending to the back about the size of an egg, part of a generally sloppy installation of the original cellophane. There are also a half dozen or so small holes and/or scratches on the cellophane.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask before you bid, thanks!
