DESCRIPTION: The Animals- 1st self titled LP. 1ST UK press with matrix ending 1N/1N, front laminated G & L flipback sleeve and original tracing paper lined Emitex inner. Black and blue labels with "sold in UK" text. Very clean sleeve and vinyl sounds great. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Columbia 33SX 1669 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1964 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX. Vinyl is clean with a nice sheen. It has some hazy patches to the sheen from bag storage. Played in its entirety on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Clear, clean and loud. Cover is in great shape, truly outstanding. It is firm and square and has less than light edge wear, light corner wear and negligible creasing. Light discolouration only to rear of sleeve. Completely undamaged flip-backs. Original Emitex inner has minimal wear only and no splits. Clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER BEATLES/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
