FOR SALE is a VG played condition 51 year old Canadian 12 Track, 12" vinyl MONO LP record for Eric Victor Burdon and The Animals "The House of the Rising Son" recorded in London, England and made in Canada.

This record has had ONE OWNER: as I bought this new and opened it. This record was played a lot and is described below.
This record is from my "personal record collection" that I started way back in the early 1960s, thus, making some records "ONE OWNER" and an invaluable find, as they have provenance!
The majority of my records are Made in Canada.
**I have listened to this record over and over again and it plays fine (no skips), however, needs to be deep cleaned. 
Took this record to a professional record grader and he gave it a VG to VG+ rating and offered to buy it from me.
Record jacket in E+ condition with bottom of LP a bit shelf worn. See last photo for opening damage, paper is scraped.

VG defined: (VERY GOOD)Vinyl will have noticeable scratches and/or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There will be no skips. Labels may have small tears.
There may be wear or deformation of the spindle hole.

**Record condition:
Record does have background, popping, crackling and static when playing this record, more noticeable in between tracks and in Memphis Tennessee

(slight ticking), however, does not skip.

RAW RECORDING NO ENHANCEMENT VOLUME LOUD AND IS ON MONO.
Does have scratches.
Record will need to be deep cleaned.

• First 2 photos in the Gallery are from scans done in quarters and stitched together.
• The next 2 are the original inner sleeve.
• The next 4 are the quads that were stitched.
• Last photo is the USA Cover for the same pressing MGM Label.

Jacket condition:
Is in excellent condition. 
Does have yellowing, particularly around the edges from age.
Has the original inner sleeve in English one side and French the other.
No splits, no tape other than the tape from manufacture.

Has slight shelf wear.
Perfect for the avid collector.

When recording the Youtube video below my S.A.E. JVC Receiver Controls, used to enhance listening, were turned off and the speakers were turned up.
