Please read the postage policy! Ebay is not my primary job, therefore, I cannot get to the post office every day. I ship within the 5 working days stated but I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Kindly do not leave low ratings for things which are out of my control (IE: poor postal service). If you haven't received an item within 10 days (UK) or 20 days (INT'L), please email before leaving feedback or contacting ebay.

If you are unhappy once you receive an item, please contact me asap. I will happily refund your purchase or offer replacement (when available) once the item has been returned in the same condition it was sent.

All items are used unless otherwise stated. I do my best to describe everything as accurately as possible but I'm human and do get it wrong sometimes. I'm happy to refund your purchase price and postage. I am using the Record Collector grading guide and only visually grade. Any records I'm not sure about, I will listen to and note in the description.

After reading all this, if I make a mistake, I would appreciate not receiving bad ratings for item description as I am an honest, independent seller and am trying my best. Please contact me with questions before bidding and I will provide extra photos of sleeve, spine and record condition upon request.

Please feel free to email if you have any questions or concerns as I will happily do what I can to resolve.

Thanks and good luck.
