Hi, just wondered what specific year this pressing was? Is there an original inside record sleeve and what condition is the spine of the jacket in?

While some of this is still a bit of a mystery, this one appears to be an original with the 2nd label variation, best I can tell. Perhaps it is a second pressing of the first pressing, a first pressing old stock, or a first pressing of a second pressing...made with black labels when they ran out of red? Or was it made years later, it seems unlikely but I just don't know… 

One savvy record loving musician has provided some input: "These Italian pressings are an anomaly . I know on please please me the red label came before the black , how far before ? Probably. Month or two ?" 

I did not post the message as it has personally identifying info.

The trail out is stamped with 26 11 63 XEX 421 1 / 422 1. (*indicative of a first pressing, most likely?)

*Also consider the definition of "first pressing" and further "how" "first" of a "first pressing" is it"?

Is it even measurable? too bad they didn't number them individually...

Thick, heavy vinyl weighs 168 grams. Looks, feels, and sounds like a record made around that time. Sounds excellent, please listen & judge for yourself, looks above average with no major wear or defects, nice glossy shine & clean grooves. There are some small superficial abrasion spots on side two that don't interfere with the music & one very tiny scratch that conveniently ended up in the dead space between LMD & PSILY where if you listen you can hear 2 pops before PSILY starts. Vinyl tilted at an angle under a bright light there are some very faint marks and sleeve type swipes, very minor. This LP is very clean VG+,the kind you might expect to find in a store. The cover is solid & firm with no splits, modest VG condition with some minor signs of surface wear. Vinyl is kept separate in a poly lined protective inner sleeve (a new one, not original), inside a separate protective sleeve. I've received many questions & comments & some online have mentioned 65 some have mentioned 68, it says 63 but who knows it could be 64 or again, old stock of the first pressing or a repeat of the first pressing process a little later?….  Nonetheless it is a fantastic LP in great shape. I posted audio of the entire LP, just click the yellow button and listen. Hopefully the winner doesn't live in Italy as the postal reputation is not the greatest.
