Description
The Beatles 1965-68 Box Set. Lilited edition UK produced high quality box set includes: 1) Heavy duty box, 12 3/4" x 12 3/4" x 1 3'8"deep. High-gloss laminated and professionally constructed to house the contents. There is an inner tray, included to hold a CD (see my photos) but never included a CD. Why, I'm not sure, because the contents of the CD are included in the book's in-depth description. Legal matters, no doubt. I wish I could hear the CD because the studio out-takes described in the book sound incredible. 2) 48 page high quality color book: 11 3/8" x 11 3/8" in perfect, mint condition. The book is printed in full color and black & white on heavy glossy paper. The book is perfect-bound with heavy card stock cover and includes many unpublished photographs of the Beatles at work in the studio during their experimental recording stages ('65, '66, '67 and '68). The book has been read only once, then stored away in the outer box for nearly 20 years. 3) Official Beatles Fan Club Summer '66 Newsletter reproduction. 5" x 8" black & white one sided on quality paper stock. 4) Reproduction of legal letter written to the Beatles Fan Club Secretary, Miss R. Brown. 8" x 7" black and white one sided on bond paper. 5) Ticket stub reproduction to their December 11, 1965 performance at the Astoria Cinema—Finsbury Park concert. 2 5/8" x 2 3/8" gold and red ink on bond paper.
Produced in 1996, this box set and all of its contents are in like-new, perfect, near-mint condition. I bought it new in '96 and have kept it stored in a clean, dry, smoke-free cabinet until now. I will pay shipping costs and ensure safe and prompt delivery.
