This disc uses the same analogue cuts as the original 1966 first pressing and still carries the earliest 1G matrix codes. I bought it sometime in 1970/71 and it is part of my collection of Mint or Near Mint copies of Beatles albums, which I am going to list over the coming months. I also have a Mint HELP! 1 Box and a Sgt. PEPPER'S listed now. Although I have listed this as unplayed, I have just listened to it (with a new stylus) to make sure that it is perfect and it is!

THE COVER- NEAR MINT
Near perfect with no thumb bends and a beautifully smooth front panel. The unprotected back panel is perfect. There are just a few mild perimeter wrinkles and a small wrinkle on the bottom flip-back where the printed letters are. You can see from the photos, just how good this cover is. It is also a first issue tri-flipback with a stereo indicator on the front panel, which is how it came when I bought it.
THE INNER SLEEVE - NEAR MINT
Near perfect. Just age toned and a few creases.
