Description
Depending upon where you live, ebay might add an International Import TAX at the checkout. This is a heavy item (2 kg) but I have still under priced the cost of postage to you.
===================================================================================== Let It Be ---- 1970 UK Box Set ---- PXS 1 =====================================================================================
This set, although nowhere near mint, does have ALL of its original components, including the very fragile BOOK TRAY which is COMPLETELY intact. Here is a brief description of each item but please look at the photos too.
THE OUTER BOX: Solid example, with laminate wear along the lower edges and corner bumps but otherwise very good. It is completely intact and the thin open edges are sharp and free from thumb tears.
THE SLIP TRAY: Designed to house all of the contents, it has survived fully intact and the top flaps are smooth. Both 'hinged' sections do show a central stress line which has caused the ultra thin black surface layer to flake a little, but this has not compromised its strength.
THE BOOK TRAY: A ridiculously fragile cardboard item which is often missing, or nearly always split. However, this one is in remarkable condition and is still COMPLETELY intact. Although there are visible corner stress lines at its weakest points, all four remain strong and there are NO separations. The photo of the underside confirms that it is still intact.
THE BOOK: There are three variants of this sumptuous publication. One with a blank credits page, another with a pasted on credits page, and this correct copy as it was intended to be, with its printed page. Showing signs of age and handling but there are NO loose pages.
THE L.P. COVER: Nice example with a few light wrinkles but smooth panels and sharp corners.
THE INNER BAG: Age toned and light creasing but otherwise perfect.
THE 2U/2U L.P.: Excellent. The odd 'pop' on side 2, nothing much.
A SIDE: 2U (1-HH) Unusual. Side 1 almost always has a 1/6 stamper number but this one carries a solitary, earliest, 1 stamper.
B SIDE: 2U (2-GDT)
To Summarize: This is a 1970 box set 100% complete with all of its original components, and becoming increasingly harder to find.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
I may have more Beatles records listed right now, so please have a look.
