CONDITION VINYL: Good / VG: although visually there are numerous hairlines and scratches, this plays astonishingly well.
Having just listened to the LP with a few friends from start to finish I can report that we were all amazed to hear how bright and sharp this still sounds. Although in quiet parts and between tracks crackle and noise can be heard, the songs themselves seem to be recorded and engineered so well they are actually heard as being above any defects. There are no skips or jumps, amazingly.
This is a testament to the skill of those early studio engineers as well as the British technicians manufacturing at that time.
CONDITION SLEEVE: VG+, laminated Ernest J Day Sleeve, the front of the sleeve is in wonderful condition, the back of the sleeve has some damage along top flip back with a very small piece missing; also a name is written lightly to centre top.
Top seam is nice and tight without splits, spine edge is clearly readable & no splits, bottom corner of spine has a small amount of wear, bottom edge has some wear, no splits
With large mono front top right & ‘Angus McBean’ credit extreme lower right front
Paper-lined ‘Use Emitex Inner sleeve

A fantastic classic album, this copy has obviously been played many times previously, but (contrary to my initial expectations), is still good for more!
