Original Mono US release. No number next to the RIAA Dead Wax Side 1: T1-2576 A 10-16-66 AB-11-66 Dead Wax Side 2: T2-2576 B 10-11-66 AB-11-66 This is (at least at the time I'm listing this) the 1st T-2576 listed under Revolver in Discogs
VINYL: EX small scratch causes 5 relatively light ticks during Here, There And Everywhere (hear the defect it in the video) they are right near the start of the video & turn the volume way up to hear them.
SLEEVE: EX+ mostly in shrink, much less on the back (see pix) INNER SLEEVE: EX the Lp is in an additional poly inner
