The sleeve is in clean condition with some storage wear, hand written title 'Live & About' to top & track amendment for side 1 no other writing, previous vendor quality guide sticker on front, good spine, no splits or tears (see photos). The record looks near mint, possibly only played once or twice, no writing or stickers on labels
