Description

The BEATLES

"Selftitled" white album
On offer here is on original first pressing of the Beatles double "white" album as issued in Australia 1968 on Apple. This record is remarkable as it's a very low number "00176" which one would assume that it was not sold to the public at the time but was originally acquired by a person close to EMI either in manufacturing, in radio or similar. I have owned this for many years and it came my way via fellow collector who found it in a deceased estate sale. This item is in overall fabulous condition and due to it's low number makes this a desirable item for serious collectors of rare Beatles vinyl.

DISC: EX+ Maybe a couple of tiny paper scuffs. Shiny vinyl, Looks and plays beautiful.
LABEL: EX
COVER: EX- Overall very clean, No writing, No tears, No significant creasing. There is browning to the rear spine when viewed from inside the cover. The rear spine also has a corner bump and wear mainly towards the bottom L/H corner. The inserts which include the four photo's are perfect and the folded poster shows minimal handling wear. The black inner sleeves are without any splits and show minor handling wear.
Look at the description photo's, they form a major part of this description.

As a serious collector of vinyl for the last 45 years, the time has come to part with many of my treasures. I will be listing 1000's of LPs and 45s from my collection over the coming years (when time allows). Stay tuned!
