Description

       This is the VERY FIRST Japanese pressing of The Band’s first album, “Music from Big Pink”, CP-8661 from 1969, with three songs and cover painting by Bob Dylan. This LP is VERY RARE, especially in this condition. Pressed on RED vinyl, the disc is shiny NM/MINT, no scuffs or scratches. The labels show several light spindle marks.
Non-gatefold cover is clean and glossy, a strong NM, with no ring wear, no seam splits, just the lightest handling. This album has been very well cared for, probably only played a few times. When is the last time you saw this red vinyl first pressing offered?
