Description

Up for bid is a Ultra Rare Hometown 1960's (exact year unknown most likely mid 60's) garage rock 45 rpm record of Voices In The Night/Bad Girl by The Baroques from Swartz Creek, Michigan (near Flint, Michigan). Who knows how many of these records were made? No offense to the band but in my opinion "Bad Girl" is so bad that it's great. Complete with out of tuned guitar and God awful vocals. It's a gem to say the least. The A-side "Voices In The Night" is and instrumental recording (thank God) because Bad Girl would certainly never have gotten any air-play. Again no offense to The Baroques, but this record is what makes a garage band a garage band! Record is in VG condition and very playable with a few pops and snaps (especially the A-side as compared to Bad Girl) and minor scuffs from use. Has minor wear on label from use and storage (see photos). Happy Bidding!
