Description
The Beach Boys PET SOUNDS This is the original CAPITOL release from 1966, T-2458, with the original inner sleeve, in glorious MONO, just the way Brian made it. The original MONO mix is much different and far superior to the Duophonic STEREO mix that Capitol came up with on their own. It is simply a work of genius and one of the greatest rock albums of all time. This is a Scranton, Pa. factory pressing with a 3 to the left of the RIAA logo on the back.
VINYL : VG++ A nice clean record. A couple of very light hairlines and paper scuffs. The playback is fantastic with only an occasional light tic here and there. Hardly any background noise from wear and absolutely no skips. Excellent sonic presence. Dark glossy vinyl. Clean labels without any spindle trails.
JACKET : VG+ Minor shelf/ring wear. Tiny staple holes in both upper corners. No names, stains, rips, creases, seam splits, punch holes, cut outs, stamps or stickers. No edge wear and clear, centered lettering on the spine. Original olive green inner sleeve.
