Description
You are bidding on an original UK release 12" vinyl album 'Please Please Me' by The Beatles on the EMI Parlophone Label PMC 1202 from 1963.....Mono.
This is the rare 3rd Pressing of this album (or 1st with the black and yellow label) from early summer 1963.....it has the small 33 1/3 speed next to the matrix XEX and doesn't have 'Recording First Published 1963...etc' under the matrix on left hand side of label.....apparently only 5000 copies of this version were pressed.
The vinyl is in very good condition with some minor surface marks and but plays perfectly......the outer flipback sleeve has some minor wear to the bottom corners and a couple of small creases on the laminate but is generally in very good condition including the spine....inner cover is in very good condition with polyliner still intact.
Matrix...XEX 421-1N / XEX 422-1N
Stampers...1 RA / 1 RG
