The Beatles 1962-1966 Double Vinyl LP 1st UK Amazing NM Corrected stamper error!
An extremely rare opportunity to own a TOP UK 1st press copy of The Beatles compilation album on vinyl pressed in 1973. You would be hard pressed to find a better copy anywhere else!
I know this copy has been archived for many years as it has just been given to me by a family member.

NM - Looks Unplayed! Absolutely stunning with beautiful glossy shine! No apparent faults whatsoever!

Mother/Stampers
Side 1 9 o'clock M Original 'M' at inner most part of deadwax has been crossed out and then again just above final M - see photos 3 o'clock 1
Side 2 9 o'clock L 3 o'clock 1
Side 3 9 o'clock K 3 o'clock 1
Side 4 9 o'clock L 3 o'clock 1
The Original 'M' on side 1 at inner most part of deadwax has been crossed out and then again just above final M. Presumably there was confusion with the mother plate being used perhaps signifying a new plate as the no '1' stamper at the 3 o'clock position would suggest. This very rare double error makes this copy extremely unique!
Labels
Mint - Green and White apple labels in beautiful condition! No writing or graffiti whatsoever and no signs of any spindle wear - Mint!
Sleeve
Near Mint - Fully laminated front and back gatefold sleeve in pristine condition! Sleeve beautifully intact with lovely spine. The inside is incredibly clean with a red tinge to the photograph and looks like it has just been printed!
Inner Sleeves
Near Mint - Red die cut inner sleeve with two corners cut signifying original inners. Fantastically clean with printed lyrics. There is a small 45 degree crease on one of the inners on the upper third but otherwise perfect!
This is an absolutely stunning first press copy from the records to the sleeves! Together with the mother errors this makes this a fabulous collectors item! DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!!
