Description
The Beatles – 1962-1966, commonly known as The Red Album. Original UK 1978 red vinyl 2-LP edition on Apple Records, catalogue number PCSPR 717 / PCS 7171 / PCS 7172. Both records are the striking red vinyl edition and the original gatefold sleeve retains the highly desirable “On Red Vinyl” sticker. Includes the original red lyric inner sleeves. Side 1 run-out/matrix is YEX 905. The records have been carefully cleaned and fully play tested and play well. The vinyl has some light age-related surface marks as expected with a vintage coloured-vinyl record, but no significant playback problems were found during testing. The gatefold sleeve has some age-related wear, marks and edge/corner wear as shown. Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description. A very attractive collector's copy of the UK red vinyl edition.
