The Beatles Vee Jay EP –RARE Label Style - VJEP 1-903
Released by Vee Jay Records in 1964 as “Souvenir of Their Visit to America”
There were several versions of the label produced but this particular
label, apparently from the second pressing, is among the hardest to find.
Distinctive Features
Silver writing on all black label
VEE JAY logo in block type
Title of “ASK ME WHY” in larger font than other songs
Please note: I haven’t listened to the record in many years
and my record player is long gone so I can’t offer any information
about the “playability”of the record; its value is in the rarity of the label.
