I worked in the distribution end of the record business between 1969-1984. I was a buyer for different distributors over those years and received about 10 promo records a week. Needless to say after all those years, I collected many records. I used the Promos as trades for Imports and other titles I was looking for.
I want to explain my "NEVER PLAYED" listings. I have many records that I have not listened to that DO NOT have the shrink wrap on. Many of these were backups for the lp's I was listening to or never got around to hearing. These are guaranteed to please.
