Description

  • Up for sale is this original authentic unpeeled 2nd State mono Butcher Cover from 1966 in The United States of "Yesterday & Today" by The Beatles. The mono cover made in Los Angeles #6 is in very good+ condition with nice seams & spine. The front of the cover has some rub wear & you can clearly see Ringo's v-neck & pants legs through the trunk slick pasted over. The back cover has some aging wear spots but no markings. There is only a beginning of a seam split on the bottom right corner. All the other seams & spine are in fine shape with a bit of flaking wear on the top & bottom of the spine. The original matching mono west coast record is in very good condition with light play wear & nice looking labels. The original gold rod west coast Capitol inner sleeve is in very good condition with some wear to the top edge. Also included is a real nice linen backed copy of the Capitol Records. Thanks Frank
