Can’t Buy Me Love b/w You Can’t Do That
Each are clearly marked Made In Ireland on the label and indeed come from the same collection
Two of these look to be hard to find and come up for sale rarely if at all. I haven’t found any sales from auction results or a well known web resource on A Hard Days Night. Of course your internet skills may well be better!
Can’t Buy Me Love - Pressing quality is good in the first place. Labels are very good with just minor wear. Spindles are good with minor wear. Overall looks low end VG with hairlines from play etc.
A1 – Very light noise on intro, Plays well with a little noise on the run out VG or better
A2 – Light pops on run in. Plays well with a little noise on the run out VG or better
Comes in a generic white sleeve
A Hard Day’s Night – Pressing quality is good in the first place. Labels are good but there is a mark on side 2 6mm x 2mm (see pic). Spindle has minor wear. Overall looks G+ with hairlines from play etc. No sticks or skips
A1 – Very light noise on intro, light pops after 30 seconds for about five turns gets better as the tune goes on VG
A2 – Light noise between tracks. Plays quite well but gets a little noisy toward the end VG
B1 – Light noise on intro and in background in quieter parts VG
B2 – Light noise between tracks. There are light to medium pops throughout G+
Picture sleeve is VG, intact and some age related wear. ‘Record Pressed In Eire’ sticker is not present (see below) and there is a 6cm x 1.5cm residue mark where it probably was. Laminate is beginning to age but is intact will need care in the future. Wigham (see pic) is written in biro in the rear 1cm x 2.5cm
Beatles For Sale – Pressing quality is very good in the first place. Labels are good but there is a little spindle wear. Overall looks G+ with hairlines from play etc.

A2 – Light noise between tracks, intro and quiet parts VG
B1 – Light noise on run in. Light click after 30 seconds for a couple of turns otherwise plays quite well even in quiet parts VG
